Cancellation policy
Overview
By placing an order through our website, in-store pickup, market channels, or local delivery services, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms. Because many of our products are fresh, perishable, and prepared based on demand, cancellation options are limited.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled under specific conditions and within a limited time frame.
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if processing has not begun
- Once an order has been processed, harvested, packed, or scheduled for delivery/pickup, it cannot be canceled
- Same-day or market pickup orders are typically non-cancellable once confirmed
We reserve the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on production and fulfillment status.
Subscription or Recurring Orders (If Applicable)
If we offer subscription-based or recurring purchase options in the future:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled fulfillment
- Once processing begins for a cycle, that order cannot be canceled
Custom or Bulk Orders
Wholesale, restaurant, or custom orders are:
- Final once confirmed
- Not eligible for cancellation once production planning or sourcing has begun
Refunds on Canceled Orders
If a cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If cancellation is not approved due to fulfillment status, the order will proceed as normal.
Delivery & Pickup Orders
For local delivery and market pickup:
- Orders already dispatched to delivery partners (Uber, ShipDay, etc.) cannot be canceled
- Missed pickup orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, go to orders or contact us immediately with:
- Order number
- Name on order
- Reason for cancellation
Important Note
Because we operate with fresh agricultural products, timing is critical. Once preparation begins, resources and product allocation cannot be reversed, which is why cancellation windows are limited.
