At Chris & Camille’s Family Farm, we’re more than a local, family-run operation—we’re a hydroponic farm with a mission.

Our Story
Our journey started with family.
Camille’s grandmother, Rosie, inspired us with her backyard garden—filled with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and leafy greens. Her passion for fresh, homegrown food shaped our values and our vision.
Today, we’ve brought her legacy to life through hydroponic farming—allowing us to grow cleaner, greener, and more efficiently.
Our Journey
- 2021: Began testing and developing microgreens growing systems
- Spring 2022: Started building our first greenhouse and grow towers
- Summer 2022: Expanded production and added new microgreens varieties
- Fall 2022: Completed and launched our fully operational greenhouse
- Winter 2022: First harvests + first farmers market in Zachary, LA
- 2023: Began supplying restaurants across the Greater Baton Rouge area
