A bold, farm-to-table skillet dish that brings together tender seared chicken, earthy sautéed mushrooms, and a rich garlic-Cajun pan sauce finished with a bright handful of fresh microgreens.
This recipe layers deep Southern flavor with clean, fresh harvest ingredients. Juicy chicken thighs are seasoned with smoky Cajun spices and seared until golden, then simmered in a savory garlic broth that absorbs the natural richness of farm-grown mushrooms and sweet cherry tomatoes.
Right before serving, fresh microgreens are added to the top of the dish, giving a crisp, peppery contrast that lifts the entire plate. The result is a balanced meal that is hearty, vibrant, and rooted in fresh agricultural flavor.
Perfect for weeknight dinners or a signature farm-style menu item, this dish highlights how simple ingredients from the land can come together into something deeply satisfying and restaurant-quality.
